Quick & easy – Simply add boiling water & dairy-free margarine (eg. Nuttelex), then microwave for one minute.
What you need
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons Nuttelex
Add Nuttelexand boiling water to your mug, stir to melt Nuttelex. Pour into your cake mix. Stir to combine.
Microwave for 1 minute in 1200 watt microwave. (Adjust time accordingly to your microwave watts). Be careful - cake will be hot.
Add a scoop of ice-cream and enjoy!
