Kris Lloyd is the manager and head cheesemaker, self taught she has been making cheese in South Australia with the support of her passionate team of cheesemakers including her son Mitch Lloyd.

The Lemon Myrtle used on this cheese is locally grow at Reedy Creek in South Australia. The cheese is lightly rolled in the Lemon Myrtle herb and allowed to rest for 2 – 3 hours before packaging.

Lightly rolled in a combination of chilli, saltbush, pepperberry and crushed tanami apples this flavoursome chevre is light and delicate.
