SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY

All online orders can be posted Australia wide or you can choose free local delivery (within 10klms Upwey Victoria) from March 1st 2026.

We choose to use Australia Post for shipping your purchases & we provide tracking with all orders placed. Prices are based on size & weight of parcel as per the Australia Post charges.

All orders placed with shipping are sent out on Monday - Fridays weekly except for when it is a public holiday. If the website is active & we are away for holidays or other, alternative shipping notifications will be noted in a website header or pop up.

All orders for local delivery are notified by email when items have been delivered. A photo can be supplied if required within 5 days of delivery. 

We can delivery to most of the globe - world wide shipping rates are based on location & weight being shipped. Rogue Bear do not cover further charges in your country including tariffs, taxes etc - Please note these charges as per your country before placing the order.
