SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY

All online orders can be posted Australia wide or you can choose free local delivery with all carts over $15 (within 10klms Upwey Victoria) from April 8th 2026.

We choose to use Australia Post for shipping your purchases & we provide tracking with all orders placed. Prices are based on size & weight of parcel as per the Australia Post charges.

All orders placed with shipping are sent out on Monday - Fridays weekly except for when it is a public holiday. If the website is active & we are away for holidays or other, alternative shipping notifications will be noted in a website header or pop up.

All orders for local delivery are notified by email when items have been delivered. A photo can be supplied if required within 5 days of delivery. 

We can deliver to most of the globe - world wide shipping rates are based on location & weight being shipped. Rogue Bear do not cover further charges in your country including tariffs, taxes etc - Please note these charges as per your country before placing the order.
